The Big Red Degustation Dinner
Join us at the Auckland Tasting Room for our Big Red Degustation Dinner, pairing Villa Maria’s beautiful bold red wines with a five-course dinner. Specially crafted by Head Chef Kevin Balajadi, this degustation dinner combines Chef Kevin’s love of French cuisine with a selection of big reds from the cellar.
Senior Auckland Winemaker Dave Roper will talk you through each course and wine pairing, with some vintages going back as far as 2011.
