Message about AWOP

We understand a number of people may have experienced frustration when using the cashless AWOP payment system at the recent Marlon Willams Concert. We are reviewing our decision to use this system at future concerts as we want to ensure our concert-goers have the best experience possible.  We apologise to anyone who experienced issues and we will be working with our partners to conduct a full review so we can ensure you have a better experience with us next time.

Your feedback is welcome and we’re always happy to look at ways we can improve your experience with us. Please send feedback to events@villamaria.co.nz so we can do our best to ensure a seamless concert experience and make your next time with us thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you, from the team at Villa Maria.

Tickets purchased through Viagogo

Please note that unfortunately there is no way the promoting company can guarantee tickets purchased through Viagogo will allow access on the day of the concert. Whilst the promoters are able to check whether these tickets are legitimate, the ticket seller may have sold the same ticket multiple times through Viagogo.
