Gewürztraminer
Gewürztraminer (pron. Geh/voortz/trah/mee/na) is an early-ripening, white grape variety.
This tricky to cultivate variety demands to be picked at just the right moment to achieve a desirable level of aromatics in the resulting wine.
An exceptionally fragrant wine variety, rose petals, lychee, cinnamon, and ginger are characters commonly found in Gewürztraminer from New Zealand.
