Our Cellar Selection wines
The vineyards where we source fruit for our Cellar Selection range have lower yields (number of grapes produced), which encourages more concentrated flavors and a richer style of wine.
Premium oak barrels are used to age-specific Cellar Selection varieties, such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Bordeaux Blends. This process adds to the complexity and texture of finished wines.
