We know our consumers care about the environment so for your peace of mind we make sure our packaging includes recycled material and can be easily recycled. We also provide different bottle sizes and organic or wines lighter in alcohol so you can make the choices that are right for you.
- Our bottles are made from an average of 67% recycled glass, using less energy and carbon emissions to produce.
- All our packaging can be recycled and we are continuously innovating to reduce waste. We reduced our shrink wrap by the equivalent of 10 single-use plastic bags per pallet sent from our warehouse. Our used label backing paper is recycled into baking paper, removing approximately 36 tonnes per annum from landfill.
- By investing in lighter wines and smaller packaging options we are supporting consumers to make choices that are right for them
Who we work with
- As founding members of the New Zealand Glass Packaging Forum, we work hard so that our consumers can recycle their bottles. Every tonne of glass recycled saves approx. 670 kg of CO2compared to using raw materials.
- We support programmes such as Cheers! that promote responsible drinking.
